- A.J. Chase has been a professional writer for fifteen years and has not made enough in all that time to buy a ten year old Honda. Not that she wanted a ten year old Honda but she would have liked the money. A.J. lives in New Mexico which is apparently the Land of Enchantment. This makes it better than her last state Oklahoma, which is apparently no better than okay. She lives with her government drone husband and two unnaturally intelligent children who are disproportionately evil for things so small and cute.
